●       “You”, “User”, and “Customer” refer to any person using our platform or purchasing our services.

●       “Services” means the digital eSIM and MVNO solutions offered through our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using EMO SIMs, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Services Offered

EMO SIMs provide:

●       Global eSIM services for travelers

●       MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) plans for residents of Nigeria

All services are prepaid and subject to availability, device compatibility, and network coverage.

4. Use of Services

You agree to:

●       Use services for lawful purposes only

●       Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the eSIM profiles or connectivity platforms

●       Comply with all applicable laws in Nigeria and in the country of service usage

5. Payments & Refunds

All transactions are made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Refunds may only be considered in the case of:

●       Technical failure due to our systems

●       Non-activation due to confirmed network issues

Refunds will not be issued for:

●       Incompatible devices

●       Incorrect destination selection

●       User negligence

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

●       Interruptions caused by local operators or third-party providers

●       Device incompatibility

●       Usage of eSIMs in restricted regions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction in Nigeria.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
